Privacy
What we collect, and what we don’t.
Updated 13 September 2026
This is a statically published marketing site. There are no accounts, no client portal, and no advertising cookies. The only personal information we ask you to type is the contact form.
The site itself
PRAXSO publishes this site from praxso.ai. Pages are rendered at build time. We do not operate a database of visitors, and we do not ask you to create an account.
Hosting, delivery, and first-party analytics run on Vercel. Vercel’s infrastructure may record ordinary request data — such as IP address, user agent, and the pages requested — in order to operate and protect the site.
The contact form
If you write to us, the form collects your name, work email, optional organization, and message. Those fields are validated, stripped of control characters, and sent as a plain-text email.
Delivery uses Resend. The message arrives at hello@praxso.ai. Your address is set as the reply-to, so a response from that inbox reaches you. We keep the correspondence as long as we need it to reply and to run the business.
The form also carries two anti-spam signals: a hidden field a person never fills, and a timestamp set when the form appears. Those signals are checked at submit time. They are not used to build a profile.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand which pages are used and how they perform. These are first-party measurements. They are not advertising tools, and they are not sold to data brokers.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party ad pixels on this site.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set advertising cookies. If you dismiss the privacy notice, we store that choice in your browser’s local storage so the notice does not return on every page. Clearing site data brings it back.
The hosting platform may set cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver or protect the site. We do not use those for advertising.
What we do not do
We do not sell the information you send us. We do not use it to build an advertising audience. We do not share a contact message with anyone except the people at PRAXSO who need it to reply, and the processors named above who deliver the site and the email.
Your requests
If you want to know what we hold from a message you sent, or you want it deleted, email hello@praxso.ai. We will need enough detail to find the correspondence.
PRAXSO does not publish a street address. The public contact address for this site, including privacy requests, is hello@praxso.ai.
Children
This site is written for people considering work with PRAXSO. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top. The current version is the one that applies.
